Is your teen involved in sports and looking for a little extra training?
Or are they just looking to get in shape, tone muscles and maybe lose a little extra weight?
Then these classes are perfect for them! Our teen class is a mix of our cardio, calisthenics, boxing and playground classes. We focus on building proper weightlifting habits as well as a variety of cardio exercises to help burn those calories. We also throw in some mitt and bag work to finish out this hour long class.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 4pm
