INTENSITY Boot Camp provides the intensity of P90X,
the supervision of personal training sessions with
the fun & motivation of a group environment. You get the best of all worlds, at a fraction of the cost! No equipment required. This is the best workout for weight loss in Horsham. Athletic shoes and standard workout attire are all that is necessary.

Member participants will have full access to the gym during their series inclusive of all cardio and strength e equipment. (Non-members do not.)
- All series must be prepaid in advance to qualify for discount Boot Camp price.
8 classes for members = $124
- Non-members (and members who do not prepay in advance) pay
$168 for 8 sessions, or $24 drop in fee if there is room.
Space is limited, so early registration is recommended. Space will only be reserved after registration and payment are received. A minimum of 6 participants is required to run a series.

No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout.
Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings. This is the hardest workout in Horsham. Athletic Training: You’re about to become much more than just a weekend warrior! This overall conditioning and toning workout is composed of P.E. style drills that are sure to complement your weekend activities. We incorporate upper and lower body exercises into one dynamite athletic conditioning class. So, whether you like to spend your weekends hiking mountains, biking the trails, swimming in the ocean, playing contact sports, or hitting the links, our Athletic Training class will help you get more out of your favorite drills.
